Chelsea bridge presented a project where Roof-Pro really demonstrated their unique design and service skills.  This prestigious mixed use new build in the heart of Chelsea required a support system that the air conditioning contractor could install services on and conform to a specific performance criteria: 

• Due to the large volume of service units the contractor wished there to be assessments for loading on the roof to make sure that it was within the structural engineers guidelines. 

• The support system had to be designed to a target height that was sufficient for waterproofing access. 

• The system had to facilitate maintenance personnel quick and easy access to the condensers without decommission and installation issues.

 After discussions with the design team Roof-Pro designed a support system that was unique to this installation.  The support frames designed supported 106 Toshiba condensers within various cores utilising the pivot and threaded feet to level the services for optimum performance.   

The contractors were so pleased with the service afforded to them that they used the roof Pro-System on the rest of the project.
