A leading nationwide facilities company sought out the help of Roof-Pro on one of their managed industrial properties in Sheffield. 

With the roof housing a considerable amount of services over two levels the facilities managers were keen to ensure that they reinstalled the services on a support system that would accommodate future re-roofing without repeating the costs and inconvenience of decommissioning.

Roof-Pro design team engineered several support systems accommodating a vast range of services including, custom AHU supports, various duct supports, condensers, pipe and extract fan supports.  Each support system was engineered to the roof design providing a consistent support solution without violating the roofs waterproofing. 

The facilities management team were impressed with the way that Roof-Pro co-ordinate their activities with the various trades on site and customised the support systems to the particular needs of the project as it evolved.
