Roof -Pro Ltd were approached by a contractor who had difficulty in finding a solution to supporting services on a pitched standing seam roof. 

The contractors had 3no. fan condensers each weighing 69kg to support on a 5 degree roof pitch.  The contractor expressed serious concerns about penetrative fixings, which were not an option, so Roof-Pro had to design a frame to support each condenser with the S5! clamps. 

A frame was designed 1548mm x 1500mm which stradled the fixing centres on the roof, attached at each corner was 2no. 41mmx41mm channel attached to the roof by 4 S5Z! mini clamps. The frame was supported to the channels with pivot and threaded adjusters, permitting levelling of the services to the 500mm target height set by the contractors. 

The contractors installed the service with ease without the need for penetrating the roof, permitting them to complete their project on time.
