Roof-Pro systems for duct

Product selection Load distribution calculations
Frame design Site surveying
On site product support 3 point certification

Ducts can be supported from below or from above the duct using a hanging arrangement, Roof-Pro frame selection is influenced by which method of bracket is employed.

In order to advise on product selection Roof-Pro will require:
Duct information such as:

dimensions, target height above roof level, insulation thickness and type, intended centers of support.
Standard requirements of the roofing assembly construction:
deck type, insulation thickness, type of insulation, the waterproofing membrane type and both insulation and waterproofing manufactures details.

Ducts that suit the TAB-D profile can be supported by the TAB-D-500, 750 or 1000 range. ( including insulation, max width 1000mm, maximum height to the top of the duct at the lowest part of the roof 1000mm ). With the TAB-D range the duct is supported at target height by the lower connecting beam and clamped by the upper connecting beam.

For larger, higher and multiple runs of duct support the RP-D 18x2T is recommended. This product can be standard sizes and height or just as easily tailored to site requirements. Mass customisation is where the frames are customised to requirements quickly and for any quantity.
