Completed in 2003 the scheme includes a valley roof located between two pitched roofs, available space gave the designers little scope to consider traditional structural support. Future roof maintenance was also a primary requirement. Roof Pro technical sales provided design support and carried out several site surveys. Several Roof Pro MSB support frames were installed for telecom / news satellite dishes. RP PP3 riser assemblies have been installed where pipes / cable had to come through the roof. Unusually, because of the close proximity of the pitch roof the PP3 riser assemblies have been installed onto a kerb in order to set them back to allow more space for access.
