A 12 year old three storey prestige HQ requiring a major re roof and the decommissioning of all building services equipment in order to rectify problems as a result of a failed partial re roof undertaken around 7 years ago. Roof Pro supports where not installed in the original scheme. Costs to the building owner for decommissioning the building services equipment proved to be expensive (more than four times greater than the cost of Roof Pro supports). Had Roof Pro systems been installed from the outset the client would have avoided the problems, and associated costs, of an unsuccessful roof repair. Further significant disruption to their business would also have been avoided because building services equipment had to be decommissioned while the latest re roofing scheme went ahead. By installing Roof Pro support systems the building owner will avoid similar problems in future.
